About Cassie

My fitness journey started at the YMCA, where I first stepped into a gym and quickly realized how much I loved training. What started as something simple for my own health turned into a real passion for fitness, structure, and the way movement can completely change how you feel—physically and mentally.

Around that same time, I discovered boxing, and I fell in love with it. It challenged me in a different way—combining strength, conditioning, discipline, and mindset. Boxing became one of the first things that made me truly enjoy pushing myself.

That passion led me deeper into the fitness industry, where I became a Certified Personal Trainer and began leading group fitness classes including Spin, Box, Cardio Kickboxing, and Strength & Conditioning. Teaching these classes is where I really found my love for coaching—helping people move better, get stronger, and realize what they’re capable of.

For over 10 years, I worked as a Membership Coordinator, helping people take their first step into fitness and supporting them as they built consistency and confidence. That role taught me the importance of accountability, connection, and meeting people exactly where they are.

From there, I moved into a Director role at Alloy Personal Training, where I helped lead operations, coach member experience, and build a strong small-group training environment. That experience shaped how I coach today—structured programming, intentional training, and a focus on long-term results.

Everything I’ve done has led me here.

With REPS Strength & Performance, I’ve combined my love for training, coaching experience, and background in member success to build something I truly believe in.
