ABOUT REPS STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE
REPS is small group strength and conditioning designed to give you the coaching of personal training with the energy of a team environment.

Every workout combines strength and cardio at each station so you build muscle, improve endurance, and keep your heart rate up without wasting time.

You’ll move through structured stations that blend purposeful strength work with conditioning intervals using kettlebells, dumbbells, sleds, bodyweight training, cardio equipment, and functional movement patterns.

No random workouts. No getting lost in a big gym. No standing around wondering what to do next.

Every session is coached, programmed with intention, and built to challenge all fitness levels through modifications and progressions.
